Items purchased are not eligible for returns unless:

The item doesn’t arrive
If the above applies, you will have up to 48 hours after receiving the item to inform us. If a claim is not made within 48 hours of delivery, the item will be marked as accepted and you will no longer be eligible for a refund. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the email approval to be eligible for a refund.
If you have changed your mind about a standard item you have purchased online, you can relist your item free of charge within 72 hours of receiving your order. You will keep 100% of your earnings from the sale.
